Rwanda has once again demonstrated its commitment to youth innovation and STEM education with the successful hosting of the 4th edition of the FIRST LEGO League Challenge.

Held at the prestigious Kigali Convention Center, the competition brought together 15 exceptional teams representing all provinces of Rwanda. Young learners showcased their creativity, teamwork, and technical skills through hands-on robotics challenges powered by LEGO technology.

The event provided a dynamic platform for participants to apply engineering concepts, practice problem-solving, and collaborate under real-world constraints and core principles of the FIRST LEGO League philosophy. Beyond competition, the challenge fostered confidence, leadership, and a shared passion for innovation among students and mentors alike.

As Rwanda continues to invest in technology driven education, initiatives like the FIRST LEGO League Challenge play a crucial role in nurturing the next generation of engineers, innovators, and global problem-solvers.
